Florida law provides that with a Judgment in excess of $500.00, the Department of Motor vehicles will suspend the adverse driver’s license for up to the 20 years. We find this to be a very effective collection tool where there are no apparent assets. To begin processing your file, AmeriLaw will need your repair estimate and/or final medical report (if a UM case), photos, drafts, police report and any correspondence you may have

PROPERTY LOSSES

You need to first determine the source of loss and confirm that the evidence has not been disposed of. Property losses include:


  1. Manufacturing defects

  2. Improper installations

  3. Improper maintenance by an adverse party

  4. Improper use of product or failure to maintain by the insured

  5. Normal wear and tear

If the loss is caused by either #1, #2 or #3, your file is ready to be sent to AmeriLaw. Your materials should include all available contracts and cause origin reports, as well as purchase receipts, drafts issued, estimates, photos and correspondence
